After the documents have been fully executed properly TimKath Enterprises Business Services will return all documents to you via express service (UPS. FedEx, Airborne Express, or your choice - at your expense).

Signing Agent Commitments To You

• TimKath Enterprises Business Services will receive pre-appointment information via fax order for each client or appointment,
• TimKath Enterprises Business Services will call your client to set up an appointment and / or confirm the appointment,
• TimKath Enterprises Business Services ALWAYS requires acceptable identification from all clients - photo ID and sample signature,
• TimKath Enterprises Business Services will not witness a signing for anyone with non-acceptable ID AND who refuses to provide a sample signature for journal keeping,
• TimKath Enterprises Business Services will conduct the appointment in a professional, non- intimidating manner,
• TimKath Enterprises Business Services will not take any form of abuse from a signer before, during, or after an appointment,
• TimKath Enterprises Business Services will contact the appropriate people if any questions arise during an appointment,
• TimKath Enterprises Business Services will always review all documents for accuracy before leaving the appointment,
• TimKath Enterprises Business Services will not coerce a signer to take any actions against their best judgement,
• TimKath Enterprises Business Services will return all documents and any other requested items back to you via your choice of express services (at your cost) in a speedy manor,
• TimKath Enterprises Business Services will phone you or fax to you a confirmation of completion or non-completion of signing and any necessary copies of forms (i.e.: last page of deed, right to cancel, owners affidavit, etc),
• TimKath Enterprises Business Services will make copies of loan packages for your clients if a copy is not provided (for a small, per page fee),
• TimKath Enterprises Business Services will receive fax copies of loan documents for REGULAR and RUSH signing orders (for a small, per page fee),
• TimKath Enterprises Business Services will not provide blank, signed, notarized acknowledgements, jurats, etc with documents or to be attached to documents afterwards,
• TimKath Enterprises Business Services will not break, bend, twist, alter, etc, ANY laws, regulations, et al - all such requests to do so will be reported to the proper agency for legal actions,
• TimKath Enterprises Business Services will not perform any actions deemed unethical, unprofessional, or not in our best interest,
• TimKath Enterprises Business Services will NOT notarize a document that is NOT dated the same date as the date of an appointment (including, but not limited to: Deeds of Trust, Owners Affidavit, Limited Powers of Attorney, et al...),
• TimKath Enterprises Business Services will not impose religion, morals, values, etc on signers,
• TimKath Enterprises Business Services will not give legal advice as a Signing Agent.

Signing Agent Service Areas & Fees

As a general rule of thumbTimKath Enterprises Business Services travels all of Vermont as a Mobile Notary Public & Signing Agent.

TimKath Enterprises Business Services basic coverage area is Franklin, Grand-Isle, Chittenden, and Lamoille Counties in Vermont, with an extended coverage area of all surrounding counties.

Please call for specific fees for travel to the areas above. A more detailed list can be provided to you. All fees reflect the signing of a single set of simple documents. Additional fees will be added for services that exceed "simple".

In general the following fees apply:

• Simple, Single Loan Document Package = $50.00 in Franklin, Chittenden, Grand-Isle and Lamoille County, Vermont.....
• Simple, Single Loan Document Package = $60.00 in Orleans County
• Simple, Single Loan Document Package = $80.00 in Addison, Essex and Caledonia County
• Simple, Single Loan Document Package = $90.00 in Washington, Orange and Rutland County
• Simple, Single Loan Document Package = $125.00 + Windsor, Windham and Bennington County
• Piggy-back (double) Loan Document Packages = a $25.00 fee added to single loan document package fee.....
• Copying Of Documents = .50¢ per page.....
• Receiving Fax Documents = .25¢ per page
• Rush Fax Documents (receiving fax documents the same day as the signing) = $25.00 fee will be added to the normal appointment fee.....
• Faxing Documents To Anyone = .25¢ per page
• Refusal To Sign By Signers = FULL FEE AS NORMAL SIGNING APPOINTMENT! NO EXCEPTIONS!
• No-show By Signers = FULL FEE AS NORMAL SIGNING APPOINTMENT! NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Cancelled appointments within 24 hours of signing = $25.00 fee, NO EXCEPTIONS!
• ONCE a TimKath Enterprises Business Services Representative LEAVES THE OFFICE FOR AN APPOINTMENT, FULL FEE IS EXPECTED TO BE PAID! NO EXCEPTIONS!
